Working with the IIT Alumni Office, we have begun planning our Golden Jubilee reunion. We have fixed the dates and venues for the celebrations as follows:
On-campus recognition and celebration
January 19th to 21st, 2025
Off-Campus gathering at Rhythm Resorts, Lonavala
January 21st to 23rd 2025.
If you plan on attending either or both the events, we request you to register and pay the registration fee of Rs 10,000 (or equivalent), per alumni, to enable us to plan the event capacity. The registration fee will be used towards the mementos, gifts, and activities costs for the event.
We have arranged for on-campus accommodation at the IIT Guest House and off-campus accommodation at Rhythm Resorts, Lonavala. Blocks of rooms are being held at both locations for our reunion and will be assigned on a First Come First Served basis.
On the registration page, please indicate if you require a single or double room at the IIT Guest House and the dates you plan to be at IIT. We will work with IIT to assign rooms on a first come first served basis from the information you provide. You will be billed for your IIT Guest House stay on checking out. IIT Guest House room rates are listed on the accommodations page. You can become a IIT Bombay Alumni Association Life Member to avail of lower alumni room rates.
If you indicate you will be staying at the Rhythm Resorts during the off-campus activities, you will receive a link in email to make a 50% deposit directly with Rhythm Resorts for the nights you will be staying there. You can cancel up to 30 days before the event. Rates for Rhythm Resorts are also on the accommodations page. The hotel rates include all meals during the IIT event from Jan 21 lunch through Jan 23 breakfast.
We will arrange bus transportation from IIT Bombay to Rhythm Resorts and back for those who sign up for this when registering. We will inform you about the charges and collect it from you separately.
